The study is a cross-sectional study and a survey research design was employed. The sample population of this study comprised employees of 25 selected manufacturing companies in Kaduna state. Data were collected through a structured online survey questionnaire. The hypotheses tested found that technological change has effect on employee performance. Technological change significantly related to employee wellbeing. Employee wellbeing is positively and significantly related to employee performance. Employee wellbeing significantly mediates the relationship between technological change and employee performance of Manufacturing Companies in Kaduna state, Nigeria.
